Workers using breathing apparatus and protective clothing prepare to remove sprayed asbestos from a Chantry Point, a condemned high rise residential building on the Elgin Estate in West London. The building was used by Westminster City Council, under the leadership of Dame Shirley Porter, to house homeless families. It was demolished by Walterton and Elgin Community Homes (WECH), after the resident-controlled housing association took over the estate.
