An RMT member joins a rally in support of Alberto Durango, a member of UNITE and the Latin American Workers Association, outside the London headquarters of Swiss bank UBS, where he worked as a cleaner until being sacked by contractor Lancaster Cleaning and Support Services following a campaign for improved pay and conditions.
